Short version: we run an informational website, we do not sell anything from it, and we hold almost nothing about you. The longer version follows, and it applies to vappocepthealth.com only — the official retailer's checkout is a separate business operating under its own policy.
There is no shop here, no account system, no newsletter and no form to fill in. The only way you can hand us personal information is by writing to the address at the bottom of this page, and if you do, we keep your message and your address for as long as it takes to answer you.
Separately, our servers keep ordinary technical logs, as every web server does: the network address a request came from, which browser and operating system made it, which page referred you, which pages were viewed and when. We use that to keep the site working and to see which articles people read.
Two kinds, and it is worth being precise about which does what.
Your browser settings control both. Blocking them will not stop you reading anything here.
This site participates in an affiliate programme and may receive a commission on purchases made through its links, at no additional cost to you. What we receive is an aggregate record that a referral converted. We do not receive your name, your address, your payment details or what you ordered, and we could not look them up if we wanted to.
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and there is very little to trade. The providers who keep the site running — hosting, analytics, the affiliate network — process data on our behalf under their own terms. We would disclose information if required to by law.
Server logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted automatically. Email correspondence is kept only while it is useful. We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions, while noting honestly that no transmission over the internet is ever completely secure.
Depending where you live, you may be entitled to ask what personal information we hold, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to particular processing. Write to the address below and we will respond within whatever period the applicable law requires.
This site is written for adults and the product discussed on it is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
